DECEASED: Mrs. Betty J. Garrett age 79 of Monroe, TN passed away at the Livingston Regional Hospital on Thursday night, January 30, 2014.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Betty J. Garrett was born in Algood, Putnam Co. TN on February 2, 1934 to the late Albert Butler and Bethel B. Phillips Oakley.
SURVIVORS: 2 Sons: John Garrett and his wife Robin of Monroe, TN Greg Garrett and wife Lori of Michigan 2 Sisters: Linda Lee and husband Ridley Gerald of Carthage, TN Kathy O'Conner and husband Tom of Knoxville, TN Jonnie Krantz of Dayton, Ohio 1 Brother: Don Oakley and wife Nina of Monroe,TN 4 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren.
PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents: Husband: E.J. Garrett 1 Son: Jeffrey Garrett.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Betty J. Garrett will be held Saturday, February 1, 2014 @ 2PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Okolona Cemetery. Visitation on Saturday, February 1, 2014 10AM to time of services @ 2PM at the funeral home. Officiating will be Bro. Eugene McCowan
