PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Barbara Deane Hawkins Barlow was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 7, 1943 to Loami Lawson Hawkins Morgan and the late Waymon Hawkins.

SURVIVORS: Husband: Leroy Barlow of Hilham, TN 2 Sons: Earl Dewain Barlow of Hilham, TN Timothy Wade Barlow of Granbury, Texas. Mother: Loami Hawkins Morgan of Hilham, TN 3 Brothers: Willie Hawkins of Lewisburg, Ohio Mike Hawkins and Johnny Hawkins both of HIlham, TN 2 Sisters: Pamela Garthwait of Lewisburg, Ohio and Becky Bull of Rickman, TN 3 Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and family and friends also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: Her Father: Waymon Hawkins, Sr Her Step-Father: William Vestal Morgan. 1 Brother: Waymon Hawkins, Jr. 1 Sister: Angela Hawkins.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Deane Hawkins Barlow will be held on Monday, April 14, 2014 at 11 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the New Hope Cemetery of Jackson Co., TN. family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, April 13, 2014 2pm to 9pm. Officiating will be Bro. Donnie Bull.
