PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents: 3 Sons: Larry Looper, Ricky Looper, Michael Looper. 2 Sisters: Dimple Looper, Mazell Buckner. 3 Brothers: L.J. Looper, Homer Looper, Dempsey Looper.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Memorial Services will be held on March 23, 2014 from 1pm to 3pm at the Harris Chapel Church on the Monterey Hwy in Overton Co., TN the family has chosen cremation. Officiating will be Bro. Bobby Floyd.
