Services will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 2PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Zion Hill Cemetery in Rickman, TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 AM until service time at 2 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Carey Higgins.

Mr. Roy Arlow Webb age 74 of Hilham, TN passed away on Saturday March 16, 2013 at Livingtson Regional Hospital.

He was born in Rickman. TN on December 20, 1938 to the late Daniel G. and Myrtle E. (Reed) Webb.

He is survived by: Wife: Julia Webb; 1 Son: Armon Ray Webb; 2 Daughters: Rhonda Marshall and Tina Joy Webb; 2 Sisters: Dellene Randles and June Hunt; 1 Brother: David Webb; 8 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by: In addition to his parents; 1 Son: Dwayne Allen Webb and 1 Daughter: Tammy Jo Webb.
