Mrs. Anna D. Gaw age 90 of Hilham, Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Thursday evening, August 24, 2023 from her residence.

Mrs. Anna D. Gaw was born on Wednesday, July 26, 1933 in Rickman, Overton Co., TN to the late Charles Roberson and Fannie (Hood). Anna served as a LPN for 30 years and was a long time member of the Eastern Star. She was a member of New Hope Community Church. Anna loved her family, friends, and church family very much, and she will be greatly missed.

Survivors for Anna: Daughter: Cheryl Smith and Daughter-In-Law Carol Gaw; Grandchildren: Mark Gaw, Scott Gaw, Kyle Gaw, Anthony Smith, Jason Bilbrey, Carla Grace, and Billy Smith Jr.; 19 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Great Grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, friends, and church family and friends.

Anna is preceeded in death by; her parents Charles and Fannie (Hood) Roberson; Her husband: Jerry Gaw; Son: Terry Gaw; Brothers and Sisters: Hollis Roberson, Charles Roberson Jr., Pearl Dillion, Daisy Beasley, Opal Peek, Lucille Miller, Jo Hunter, Juanita Roberson, Pansey Roberson, and Henry Etta Roberson.

Pallbearers: Billy Smith Jr., Jason Bilbrey, Bryson Bilbrey, Scott Gaw, Kyle Gaw, and Mark Gaw. Honorary Pallbearers: Anthony Smith and Austin Gaw.

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna D. Gaw will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 1 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Gaw Family Cemetery. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening, August 27th starting at 1 PM until 6 PM, then on Monday morning 28th starting at 9 AM until the 1 PM service time. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Derek Copeland.
