SURVIVORS: Husband: Mark Hogue of Cookeville, TN 1 Daughter: Candace Degnan of Wichita, Kansas Parents: Phillip and Annis Talley of Rickman, TN 2 Sisters: Brenda Meadows and Racheal Palk both of Rickman, TN 1 Granddaughter: Michaela Degnan and 1 Grandson: Jamison Degnan both of Wichita, Kansas. A host of family and friends also survive. PRECEDED IN DEATH: Her Father: Roy A. Palk.

Services / Burial: Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 11 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston, TN burial to follow in the Eckels Cemetery in Overton Co. TN Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening, May 27, 2013 5PM to 9PM. Officiating will be Bro. Phillip Buck, Bro. Jeremy Haney, and her sister Racheal Palk.
