Mrs Linnie Hazel Carr Garrett was born on March 28, 1928 in Overton County, TN to the late Billy and Ova Ledbetter Carr. She passed away on Monday, October 1, 2007 in Bethesda Health Care Center in Cookeville. Mrs. Linnie Garrett was a retired nurse. She is survived by a son and daughter in-law, David and Tammy Garrett of Monroe; Sisters, Mable and Allie Dishman of livingston, Brothers: A.B. Carr of Livingston and Johnny Carr of Texas. She is also survived by grandaughters, Julie and Rebecca Garrett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Avle Garrett.
