Larry David Himelick, age 75, of Panama City Beach, Florida, formerly of Livingston, TN, passed away, Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Larry was born to the late Merrill and Marilyn(Tatman) Himelick.
Larry was a devoted and loving husband to his wife of 53 years, Claudia Himelick, and loving father to his children and pa to his grandchildren. He loved his family dearly. Larry also loved to Karaoke, and going to the beach. He was a devote christian and loved the Lord, and was a Sunday school teacher, a deacon, and treasurer at church.
Mr. Larry Himelick served our country in the Army for two years. His bravery earned him a purple heart and also a bronze star. Later he worked for the Army Corp of Engineers from 1976-2005 as a hydro power mechanic and later an operator at the Dam in Celina, TN.
Mr. Larry Himelick is survived by his wife; Claudia Himelick, his daughters; Natalie(Terry) Golden, and Bridget(Robert) Hall, his sisters; Nany(Brian) Jones, and Peggy Collins, and his grandchildren; Tori Beckler and Nathan Beckler. And a host of other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Merrill and Marilyn Himelick.
Visitation for friends and family will be Tuesday, February 24, 2026 starting at 5pm until 9pm. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 11am in the chapel of Hall Funeral Home with Paul Ensminger officiating. Burial to follow at the Locust Grove Cemetery in Albany, KY.
