Mr. Kenneth Paul Dishman, age 82, of Alpine, Pickett Co., Tennessee passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024.  He was born on Wednesday, November 5, 1941 to the late Kenneth MC Dishman and O V Savage Dishman in Allons, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his son, Mark Dishman of Illinois.  He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Janet Walker and Linda Lou Dishman; and two brothers, Danny Dishman and Daniel "Boone" Dishman.

Paul is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patricia Dishman.  In addition to his wife, Paul is also survived by his children: Kenneth Paul Dishman, Jr of Joliet, IL; Barbara Ann Donovan (Tom) of Illinois; and Edie Mead of Illinois.  Paul's two step-children: David Allen Swigart of Georgia; and Pamela Sue Clodfelter of Oklahoma also survive along with his seven grand-children and his seven great grand-children.  Paul is also survived by his sister: Brenda Shelton (Billy) of Rickman, TN.  A host of nieces and nephews also survive.

Paul retired from Ford Motor Company in Chicago, IL.  He was a master mason from Lodge #648.  He loved fishing, football, and working on motors.

The Funeral Service for Kenneth Paul Dishman will be Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM with Bro. Jerry Savage officiating in the Chapel of Hall Funeral Home burial will follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens.The family will welcome friends Monday, September 23, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at at the funeral home with a Masonic service at 7 PM, and again on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 12:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 PM.

Serving as Pallbearers for Mr. Dishman will be Joseph Shelton, Billy Shelton, Roger Shelton, D. J. Mead, Grant Wohls-Mead, and Danny Dishman, Jr.
