Mrs. Karen Faye Parsons, age 67, passed away at the Livingston Regional Hospital on Wednesday, November 12, 2008. Mrs. Parsons was born in Pickett County, TN on Feburary 12, 1941 to the late Ward and Beulah Lacy Smith. She worked as a CNA and a housewife. Mrs. Parsons is survived by: Husband: Andrew Spud-Parsons of Monroe; 2 Sons: Greg Parsons and wife Barbara of Livingston and Scott Parsons and wife Lisa of Cookeville; 1 Daughter: Melissa Coffman and husband Jeff of Rickman; 1 Sister: June Dailey of Byrdstown; 1 Brother: Charles Smith of Monroe; 10 Grandchildren: Jodi Parsons Judd, Chad Hicks, James Parsons, Josh Parsons, Ridge Parsons, Thomas Parsons, Esperanza Munez, Alyssa Gore, Jacob Parsons, and Kason Parsons; 3 Great Grandchildren: Bella Sage Judd, Chad Hicks Jr., and Haven Wilson. She was preceded in death by: In addition to her parents; 1 Son: Ronald David Parsons, Siblings: Harold Smith, Eugene Smith, Arthur Smith, and Howard Smith.
