Funeral services for Judith "Judy" Ann Cooper Dial will be conducted on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 2 PM from the Hall Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Zion Hill Cemetery. The family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Friday, March 20th starting at 12 noon until the service time. Officiating with the service will be Eugene McCowan and Josh Zeller.

Judith "Judy" Dial age 74 of the Rickman Community of Overton Co. passed from this life on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Judy was born in Monterey, Putnam Co., TN on Saturday, December 15, 1951 to the late Claude and Beulah Vaughn Cooper. Judy was of the Baptist Faith and loved her Lord and Savior with all her heart. She was a loving wife, mother, and sister to all her siblings. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Judy was preceded in death in addition to her parents; her husband Roger Dale Dial, and her son whom she had a special place for in her heart Roger Dewayne Dial; along with her sisters and brother, Sandy Beaty, Connie Smith, Roger Dale Cooper. She is survived by 4 sisters and 1 brother; Wanda Lane, Vicky Presley, Dimple Kollmorgen, Debbie McCormick and Billy Cooper all of Monterey, TN, also a host of nieces and nephews also survive.
