Mr. Joe Edward Martin was born April 21, 1933 in Jackson County to the Late Jim and Hattie Stafford Martin. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Martin is survived by his wife Loriene Fletcher Martin of Livingston;(2) Daughters: Shirley Lane of Cookeville and Mary Jo Lockman Colorado Springs, Co, (1) Son: Mike Martin of Livingston, (1) Sister: Betty Jean Kraft of Indianopis, IN. (4) Grandchildren and (5) Great Grand children also survive. He was preceded in death by a brother, James Martin.
