Mr. James E. Meadows, age 86 of Livingston, TN, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, May 20, 2009. He passed away at Livingston Regional Hospital. Mr. Meadows was born on February 16, 1923 in Union, SC to the late Beige and Madie (Lewis) Meadows. Mr. Meadows is survived by: Son Bronnie E. Meadows and wife Elida of Livingston, TN; Daughter: Barbara M. Hakes and husband Ken of Hendersonville, IN; Son Rod Meadows and wife Carolyn of Monroe, TN; Son Clifton Meadows and wife Sandy of Franklin, IN; Son: Donald Meadows and wife Kathy of Trafalgar, IN; 3 Brothers: Jim Meadows of Lexington, NC, Weldon Meadows of Sumter, SC, and Wayne Meadows of Indianapolis, IN; 12 Grandchildren and 31 Great Grandchildren also survive. He is preceded in death by: in addition to his parents; His loving wife: Lillie Mae (Walker) Meadows; Son: Ronald T. Meadows; and Sister: Ruth Meadows Freeman.
