Mr. James Carroll ""Jimmy"" Brown, 70, of Cookeville, formerly of the Arcot Community in Clay Co., TN., passed away Wednesday, May 21st, 2008 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, in Cookeville, TN. Mr. Brown was born in Arcot Community of Clay Co., Tennessee on April 9, 1938, the son of the late Charlie and Pearl (Spear) Brown. He was a Heavy Equipment operator and a Farmer SURVIVORS: Wife: Connie (Savage) Brown. James is survived by 2 daughters, Emily Netasha (Nathaniel) Tinsley of Cookeville, TN. Sacha Evette (David) Channell of Kingsport, TN. James is also survived by a niece, many wonderful cousins and especially close cousins, Robert Hugh Brown of Cookeville, TN., Evelyn Brown of Cookeville, TN., and Steve Holt of the Arcot Community.
