Mr. James Austin Bailey, 68, of Celina passed away Sunday, July 22nd, 2007 at Livingston Regional Hospital, Livingston, Overton County, TN. Mr. Bailey was born in Celina, TN on October 29, 1938, the son of Fannie Evelyn Bailey and the late Robert Bud Garrett He attended school at Darwin High in Cookeville, TN. He was employed as a School Bus Driver in the Clay County School System for 15 years. He also was employed by the city of Tompkinsville, KY for 5 years.
