Mrs. Jackie Nell Watkins, 68, of Hilham passed away Tuesday, April 7th, 2009 at Cumberland River Hospital. Mrs. Watkins was born in Timothy community on June 6, 1940, the daughter of the late Greenie and Beatrice (Dubree) Meadows.
