Funeral services for Mr. J.C. Reagan, age 85 of Allons will be 2 p.m., Thursday, October 29, 2015 from the Livingston Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Les Ditto & Bro. Donald Bryant will officiate. Burial will be in the Fellowship Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 until 9 p.m., and on Thursday from 8 a.m. until time of services.

Mr. Reagan passed from this life on Sunday afternoon October 25, 2015 at the Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born in Clay County on August 24, 1930 to the late Jimmy & Emma Garrett Reagan. He worked as an edger for Simcox & Copeland Lumber Co. He enjoyed farming & gardening. He loved being in the outdoors hunting and fishing and watching nature. He enjoyed spending time with his family and attending church. He loved the Lord & reading his Bible.

Mr. Reagan is survived by his daughters, Barbara Reagan of Allons, Freida Finch & husband Gayland of Allons, & Kim Maxfield & husband David of Allons; sons, James Carl Reagan & wife Jo Anna of Red Boiling Springs, & Dale Reagan & wife Pandora of Celina, Tn.; sister, Lois Cantrell of Rickman, Tn.; & special friend, Ronnie "Binky" Maxfield, & Dewey Mayberry; 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years Mrs. Jewel Colson Reagan; brothers, E.J. Reagan, Radford Reagan, & Willie D. Reagan; sister, Agnes Nelson.

Pallbearers to serve are Dewayne Blakely, Anthony Blakely, Scottie Reagan, James Carl Reagan Jr., Nathan Finch, Joshua Reagan, Matt Maxfield, Dylan Maxfield, & Ben Maxfield.

Honorary Pallbearers are Landon Melton, & Jason Thompson.
