Mrs. Hazel Parrott Spicer was born in Overton Co. TN on March 7, 1920 to the late Hulbert & Dora Chowning Parrott. She is survived by 2 Daughters: Diane Mabry of Livingsto, TN Sue Ellen McCormick of Jasper, GA 1 Sister: Jean Billingsley of Arlington, Virginia 4 Grandchildren: Kelli McDonald, Jade McDonald, Dana Schoonover, Rachel Farris 1 Great Grandchild: Keaton Schoonover. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her Husband: Dallas Spicer.
