Mr. George W. Watkins was born on March 24, 1933 in Sidney, Ohio to the late Palmer W. and Lucille Owen Watkins. He died Friday, September 7 in Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mr. Watkins worked as a Fireman and Paramedic. He served in the United States Air Force and was a member of the Piladelphia Church of God. Mr. Watkins is survived by his wife Hettie Watkins of Rickman, (8) Children: Ronald (Jo) Watkins, Helen Phoebe Drake, Michael (Sarah) Watkins, Donald Watkins, Sabrina (Jeff) Wischmeyer, Tiara (mark) Maxwell, Mary (Randy) Fillers, Della (Steve) Cardenof Allons, TN. Sisters: Bertha (William) Gander, Olive Perin and Zeneth Jonson, Brothers; James (Leatha) Watkins and P. Willard Watkins. He was preceded in death by his parents, (3) brothers and (1) sister; Joseph, Wright, John and Lerna.
