Mr. George H. Davis age 84 of Rickman passed away at his residence on Sunday, February 28, 2010. Mr. George H. Davis was born in Timothy, TN on March 8, 1925 to the late William Jefferson and Emma Elinor Buck Davis. He was a cabinet maker and served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by: 1 Son: Charles L. Davis of Cedar Grove, TN; 4 Daughters: Pat Baggerly of Rickman, TN, Joann McCowan of Rickman, TN, Kathy Norrod of Green Bank, WV, and Donna Wilson of Rickman, TN; 3 Sisters: Zelma Beaty of Rickman, TN, Myrtle Ledbetter of Cookeville, TN and Ola King of Anderson, IN; 12 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by: In addition to his parents; his wife: Doris Mae Davis; 1 Daughter: Paula Davis; and 4 Brothers: Perry Davis, Luther Davis, Haskel Davis, and Ed Davis.
