Mrs Gearldene Matheney was born in Rickman, Overton Co., TN on Saturday, August 22, 1936 to the late Monte and Elisie(Qualls) Elridge, passed on November 06, 2025.

Mrs Matheney is survived by her husband Lonnie Matheney; sister; Ruth(Dennis)Blakeney, daughter;  Missy(Eddie)Rhodes, brother; Randell(Nancy)Eldridge,grandson; Kevin(Jennifer) Dishman, Great grandchildren; Lainey Dishman, Marley Dishman, Kason Lawrence, Jaden Lawerence,  niece; Natalie Masters, and a host of other family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Mrs Gearldene was preceeded in death by her daughter Sheila Dishman, son in law Kenny Dishman, and  Jim Eldridge.

Pallbearers; Braxton Copeland, Gary Ledbetter, Jaden Lawrence, Kason Lawrence, Kevin Dishman.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Hall Funeral Home, Saturday, November 08, 2025 at 2PM with Matthew Finchum officiating. Visitation will be November 08, 2025 starting at 12pm until time of service at 2PM. Burial will follow to the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.
