Mrs. Gail A. Winningham age 71 of 669 Palestine Rd. Allons passed away at the Livingston Regional Hospital on Tuesday. She was born in Overton County October 8, 1937 to the late Arthur and Eula Ramsey Vaughn. She is survived by (1) Son: James Winningham of Cookeville, Tn.; (1) Daughter: Joy Neely of Hilham, Tn.; (1) Daughter-in-Law;Cassie Winningham;(6) Grandchildren; Josh Brunner, Lauren Nelson, Lyndsey Nelson, Martin Phillips, Michael Winningham, and Matthew Presley;(4) Great Grandchildren: Xander Brunner,Cora Brunner, Alanna Brunner and Jayden Guinn.
