Ms. Flonnie Cooper, age 78, of Alpine, TN, born to Ott and Hillie Simpson passed away at her home, Sunday, January 11, 2026.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Cooper is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Cooper, brothers, Lonnie Simpson, Jim Simpson and Lester Simpson.

Ms. Cooper is survived by her children; Shelia(Ralph) Riggs, Rick(Carol) Cooper, Kristie(Michael) Maxwell. Grandchildren; Cody Winton, Megan(Kendall) Melton, and Marena Maxwell. Great grandchildren; Briley Winton, Hallie Winton, Emersyn Winton, Cooper Winton, Jare Winton, Avery Melton, and Kennedy Melton. Siblings; Treva Norris, Linda King, Brenda(Joe) Cooper, Jack (Cindy) Simpson and brother in law, Don(Julia) Cooper, special friend; Geneo at CNC. and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Ms. Flonnie Cooper with be held in the chapel of Hall Funeral Home, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 10:00am. Family will welcome friends and family, Tuesday, January 13, 2026 starting at 5pm until 8pm for visitation.

Burial will be at the Cooper Family Cemetery following funeral services.

Pallbearers will be; Robert Whited, Mickey Ledbetter, Jerry Simpson, Kendall Melton, Josh Simpson, and Coty Penticuff.
