Mr. Elijah Glenn McGinnis age 21 passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee after a short battle with cancer.  Elijah was born on Wednesday, April 23, 2003 in Cookeville, Tennessee to Carlos James McGinnis and Maranda Ann Paul McGinnis.

Elijah is preceded in death by his grandfather: Glen Paul.

He is survived by his mother: Maranda McGinnis, his fiance: Addessa Rodriguez along with her son Connor, his brother: Dalton Pennycuff who he lovingly called his "Baby Brother," his grandmother: Frannie Cogbill, and step-grandfather Paul Cogbill, his aunt: April (Scottie) Delk, and his cousins: Chloe, Asher, and Maggie Delk.

Elijah loved hunting and fishing, and being out doors.  He was a remote controlled car hobbyist.

Elijah's family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 AM on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at Hall Funeral Home, 2106 Cookeville Highway, Livingston, Tennessee until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 PM.  Funeral Service will also be at Hall Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Phillips officiting.  Burial will immediately follow the funeral service in the Green Hill Cemetery in Alpine, Tennessee.  Hall Funeral Home is in charge of these arrangements.
