Mrs. Doris Mae Davis age 80 of Rickman passed away at her residence on Tuesday, September 1, 2009. Mrs. Doris Mae Davis was born in Ohio on February 11, 1929 to the late George W. and Mae Eldridge Brown. She was a retired UT Extension Secretary. She is survrved by: Her Husband of 61 years: George H. Davis of Rickman, TN; 1 Son: Charles L. Davis of Cedar Grove, TN; 4 Daughters: Pat Baggerly of Rickman, TN, Joann McCowan of Rickman, TN, Kathy Norrod of Green Bank, WV, and Donna Wilson of Rickman, TN; 3 Sisters: Clara Fleming of Allons, TN, Elene Gunnels of Mt. Gunnels, TN, and June Adams of Kingsport, TN; 1 Brother: Wayne Brown of Allons, TN; 12 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by: In addition to her parents; 3 Brothers: Clois Brown of Allons, TN, Frank Brown of Allons, TN, and Carl Bud-Brown of Allons, TN; and 1 Daughter: Paula Davis of Rickman, TN.
