Mr. Donald Ray Poston, age 70, of Overton Co., TN passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025. He was born on Saturday, August 28, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Jesse Ray and Alice Joy Phillips Poston.

Donald was a retired employee of the United States Postal Service and retired veteran of the United States Air Force. Donald was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and working on anything he could get his hands on. He loved movie collecting, Star Wars, playing fallout, and making bugs for the grandkids, which were all hobbies of his.

Donald is survived by his wife Vickie Lynn (Miller) Poston, 2 sons, Daniel Matthew Poston (Tanya), Jonathan Michael Poston (Jamie), his grandchildren, Dawson, Abigail, Austin, Emma, Cheyenne, Mila, and great grandchildren Holden, Hadelyn, and Hudson, and one brother Richard Poston (Vicky) of Cookeville.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 3 PM at the Hall Funeral Home and the family will welcome friends starting at 2 PM.
