Mrs. Delta Faye Nelson age 72 of Cookeville, Putnam Co., TN passed from this life on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at the Cookeville Regional Hospital in Cookeville, TN.

Mrs. Delta Nelson was born on, July 30, 1951 to the late Eugene Phillips and Ilene Vaughn Phillips in Livingston, Overton Co., TN. She was loved very much be her family and friends and she will be greatly missed.

SURVIVORS: Children: Angie Webb, Brian Webb, Kemith Nelson, Charon Nelson Espinosa, and Charol Nelson; 1 Sister: Beverly Phillips; Grandchildren: Isaiah Nelson, Sunshine Nelson, Charen Nelson, Jacob Brewer, Dylan Moore, Gary Webb, and Grayson Nelson; 5 Great Grandchildren; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents; Husband: Kemith Nelson; Brother: Jennings Phillips; Grandchild: Elizabeth Webb.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Delta Faye Nelson will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 2 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Highland Cemetery. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Monday, December 11th starting at 12 PM until the beginning of service at 2 PM. Officiating the service will be Bro. Dow Allen.
