DECEASED:  Mr. David Wilson Cherry age 74 of Livingston, Overton Co., TN passed from this life at his residence with his family by his side on Tuesday evening, June 04, 2024.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. David Wilson Cherry was born on Monday, December 05, 1949 to the late Glynn Wilson and Robbie Nell (Scarborough) Cherry in Dover, Stewart Co., TN. David was a beloved family man and a member of the Netherland Church of Christ and a longtime resident in Joelton, Cookeville, and Waverly, TN he was a Master Mechanic but was a jack of all trades. David's family and friends will greatly miss him.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Phyllis Elaine Pulley Cherry; 1 Daughter: Angela Lea Cherry Roberts and her husband Jerry; 1 Son: David Scott Cherry and his wife Shelly Savage Cherry; 1 Sister: Janet Smith and her husband Tim; 1 Sister –in-law: Peggy Slaughter and her husband Herbert; 4 Grandchildren: Brittany Allen (Laci), Stephanie Vanhooser (Trey), Kayla Allen (Dustin) Chase Roberts; 5 cherished great grandchildren and numerous nieces, and nephews also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents 2 dearly loved nephews.

SERVICES/BURIAL:  Funeral services for Funeral services for Mr. David Wilson Cherry will be held on Saturday, June 08, 2024 at 11 AM from the Hall Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Friday evening, June 7th starting at 5 PM until 8 PM then on Saturday morning, starting at 9 AM until service time at 11 AM.

Officiating with the service will be Bro. Jerry Roberts and Bro. Tim Smith.
