TN on April 7, 1918 to the late Will Henry and Ella Clark Garrett. He is survived by his Wife: Mary Garrett of Livingston,TN 1 Son: Jeffery L. Garrett of Cookeville, TN 1 Brother: Lonzie Garrett of Phoenix, Arizona 2 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren.
