Mr. Charlie Richard Gilpatrick, 75, of Cookeville, TN. passed away at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Thursday Morning, March 08, 2007. He was born May 10, 1931 to his late parents, Dewey and Beulah (Pennington) Gilpatrick. He was in construction and a member of the Northeast Church of Christ in Cookeville.
