Deceased:  Mr. Charles James Breeding age 39 of Livingston, Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Friday, March 22, 2024 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

PERSONAL: Mr. Charles James Breeding was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on Saturday, November 17, 1984 to the late Lonnie and Carolyn (Sidwell) Breeding. Charles was a guitarist and vocalist. He loved his family and friends and his music very much, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
