Winnie McLerran, 92, of Celina, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2017, at Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston. She was born April 19, 1925, in Celina, the daughter of the late Silcurk and Maggie Beason Smith. In addition to her parents,she is preceded in death by her husband, Cordell McLerran, her daughter, Brenda Grace; and two grandchildren, Tina Jolin and Barry Lane McLerran. She was a member of New Hope Church of Christ.

Winnie is survived by six children, Joyce and James Holman, of Celina; Patty and husband Chester Hogan, of Celina; Roy and wife Jo Nell McLerran, of Moss; Barbara and husband Delmos Boone, Jr., of Lebanon, Harlan and wife Joy McLerran, of Red Boiling Springs, and Kenneth and wife Mary McLerran, of Celina; one sister, Hattie Strong, of Celina; fifteen grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Visitation is at the Hall funeral Home in Celina, where friends may call from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday, September 29, and from 9:00 a.m. until time for services Saturday, Septembwr 30. Funeral services for Winnie will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 30, at the Hall Funeral home in Celina with Bro. Jason Dodson officiating. Interment will follow in Moss Cemetery.
