Services:
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October  11, 2014 at 1:00pm from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Celina, TN with burial on the family property on Free Hill Road.

Visitation:
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm.

Obituary:

Mr. Walter H. Plake, 69, of Celina, TN passed away at his residence on Monday, October 06, 2014.

Mr. Plake was born on December 19, 1944 to his late parents Bobbie and Settie (Short) Plake in Celina, TN.

He was a freight hauler and was in the U.S. Navy. He also was an avid hunter, fisher, bowler and he loved Nascar.

SURVIVORS:

Wife: Terrie (Davis) Plake, they were married March 29, 1975 for 39 years.

2 Daughters: Mary Grace House and husband Josh
Kelly Pherson and husband Rex

3 Sons: John Edward Plake and Significant other Robin
Thomas "Tommy" Plake
Roscoe Plake and wife Roberta

2 Sisters: Sandra Barry
Veronica Barry and husband Thomas

1 Brother: Dillard Plake

7 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren
