Mrs. Joyce W. Turner age 83 of Union Hill, Clay Co., TN passed away from this life on Tuesday morning, June 30, 2020 at the NHC Healthcare of Cookeville. Joyce Turner was born in Union Hill, Clay Co., TN on January 17, 1937 to the late Virgil and Lena (Smith) Plumlee. Joyce loved her family and friends very much and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Joyce is survived by her Son, Tony Turner and her Daughter Lynn Cole and her husband Bob. Other survivors include 1 brother: Comer Plumlee, 1 Sister: Lorene Nicholson, 3 Grandsons, Franky and wife Amanda, Bryan and wife Bethany, AJ, Granddaughter, Brooke and husband Alex, 4 Great Grandchildren, Allison, Jackson, Addison, Eliza. Also surviving is special nephews and nieces, Jason, Allison, Kim, Frank.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by 1 Son Kelly Plumlee, 3 Brothers, John F. Plumlee, Kelvin Plumlee, Robert Plumlee,  along with 3 Sisters, Lois Taylor and husband Ralph, Baby Ruth Hale,, Janice Lowe and husband Harly and 1 sister in-law, Dorthy Plumlee.

Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce Turner will be held on Wednesday evening, July 1, 2020 at 6 PM from the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with the family receiving friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 1 ^st starting at 4 PM until service time. The family has chosen cremation after the service. Bro. Mike Miller will be officiating.
