Ms. Vonda Wheeler, age 52, of Bloomington Springs, formerly of Clay County, TN, passed away at her residence on Sunday, December 11, 2016.

Vickie LaVonda Ashlock was born on Tuesday, June 9, 1964 in Burkesville, KY to the late Archie Van & Wilma Dean (Poindexter) Ashlock. She was also preceded in death by sisters: Sammie Wanda Scott & Sharon Louise Ashlock. Vonda was a 1982 Graduate of Celina High School, worked as a hairdresser, and was a member of the Ashlock Church of Christ.

Vonda is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Joshua & Rachel Wheeler of Allons, TN and Jacob & Billie Wheeler of the Union Hill Community, brothers and sisters-in-law: Richard & Donita Ashlock of the Pea Ridge Community and Donald Ashlock of Livingston, TN, brother-in-law: Roger Scott of Kentucky, 3 grandchildren: Benjamin, Jared, and Jace Wheeler, a special friend: Paula Crowder of Bloomington Springs, and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Funeral Services for Ms. Vonda Wheeler will be conducted on Thursday, December 15th, 2016 at 1 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with Bro. Craig Ogletree officiating. The interment will follow in the Ashlock Cemetery in the Pea Ridge Community. The family requests that visitation begin on Wednesday from 10 am until 10 pm and on Thursday from 8 am until the service time at 1 pm at the funeral home.

The family requests the memorial contributions be made toward the funeral expenses or towards the Ashlock Cemetery Fund.
