Mr. Turner W. Raines, age 68, of Celina, TN passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2015 at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN.

Turner Wheeler Raines was born in Clay County, Tennessee on December 07, 1947 to the late Hovie Odell "Hub" & Cora Ethel (Grogan) Raines. He was also preceded in death by brothers: J. T. "Jake", James Homer, Horace Gene, and Leslie Odell Raines.

Turner is survived by daughters: Penny Moore (Rocky Machino), Jenny Blythe, and Amy (Larry) Cutshall all of Burkesville, KY, brothers: Charlie (Earline) Raines and Walter (Glenda) Raines, sisters: Betty Adams, Faye (Al) Daniels, and Dean Green all of Celina, TN, 10 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, and a special friend: Delma Crawford also survives.

Funeral Services for Mr. Turner Raines will be conducted Friday, January 29, 2015 at 1 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Celina with Bro. Ken Miller officiating. The interment will follow in the Thompson-Webb Cemetery in Pea Ridge Community of Clay County, TN. The family will receive friends at the Hall Funeral Home on Thursday, January 28 from 11 AM until 9 PM and on Friday, January 29 from 8 AM until service time at 1 PM.

B.R. Raines, Ronnie Raines, Donnie Raines, Norman Raines, Mackie Daniels, and Malcolm Adams served as pallbearers.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made toward the funeral expenses via Hall Funeral Home.
