Mr. Glen Taylor Jones age 74 of Whitleyville, Clay Co., TN passed from this life on Sunday, September 20, 2020 from the Macon Community Hospital in Lafayette, Macon Co., TN.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Mr. Glen Taylor Jones was born in Gamaliel, Monroe Co., Kentucky on Wednesday, January 16, 1946 to the late Hobert and Christine (Cherry) Jones. Glen loved his family very much and they loved him right back. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

SURVIVORS:

Wife of 53 years: Janet Rich Jones of Whitlyville, TN; 1 Son: Anthony Jones of Moss, TN; 2 Granddaughters: Shanna Jones of Red Boiling Springs, TN, Shonda Jones and her companion Justin Morgan of Moss, TN; 1 Sister: Gaye Price and her husband Jackie of Whitleyville, TN; several nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive along with a good friend to Glen and Janet, Linda Birdwell.

PRECEDED IN DEATH:

In addition to his parents; 2 Sisters: Delva Short and her husband Charlie, SueAnn Murphy and her husband Ray; 1 Brother: Jimmy Jones; 1 Niece: Libby Kris Lee

SERVICES/BURIAL:

Funeral services for Mr. Glen Jones will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 2 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with burial to follow in the Crawford Family Cemetery in the Union Hill Community of Moss. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening, September 22 ^nd starting at 5 PM until 9 PM. Wednesday morning 23rd  starting 9 AM until service time. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Jimmy Cook. Family request that in lieu of flowers please make donations toward funeral expenses by contacting the funeral home.
