Miss. Tammy Holbrook, age 52, of Celina TN passed away at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Thursday, November 24th, 2016.
Tammy Holbrook was born on February 20, 1964 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her father: Harold Leon Holbrook. brother: J. Henry Hudson Klippner and sister: Velvet Frances Grogan. She was a homemaker for most of her life and affiliated with the Church of Christ.
Tammy is survived by her daughters: LeeAnna Woolbright & fiance' Levi Alturas, & Frances (Johnny) Baer of Algood, TN, sisters: Sandy Miller of Melbourne, FL, Cindy Hochgesang of Avon Indiana, Bonnie L. Ellis of Indianapolis, IN, Jackie D. Klukas of Terra Haute, Indiana,
Graveside Services for Miss Tammy Holbrook will be conducted at the Rock Springs Cemetery in the Pea Ridge Community on Saturday, November 26th, 2016 at 2 PM with Bro. Greg Wright officiating with interment to follow.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made toward the funeral expenses by contacting the office of the Hall Funeral Home.
The Hall Funeral Home, LLC of Celina is in charge of these arrangements.
