Mr. Larkin T. Smith, Jr. age 72 of Tompkinsville, Monroe Co., KY passed away at the Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN on Sunday, October 6, 2019.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Mr. Larkin T. Smith, Jr. was born in Tompkinsville, Monroe Co., KY on June 21, 1947 to the late Larkin T. and Olyne (Key) Smith. Larkin was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was a farmer who loved his family and friends very much and he will be greatly missed.

SURVIVORS:

Wife: Delma Smith; 1 Daughter: Amanda Carter and her husband Jimmy; 2 Sons: Tommy Smith and his wife Mary, Jason Smith and his wife Leslie; 1 Brother: Gene Smith and his wife Louise; 4 very special grandchildren: Stephanie Smith, Baylee Smith, Luke Smith, Colton Carter.

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY:

In addition to his parents; 1 Daughter: Melissa Smith; 1 Very special granddaughter: Reagan Carter.

SERVICES/BURIAL:

Funeral services for Mr. Larkin T. Smith, Jr. will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 11 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with burial to follow in the smith Cemetery in Monroe Co., KY. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, October 10 ^th starting at 3 PM until 9 PM, then on Friday morning, 9 PM until 11 AM service time. Officiating the service will be Bro. Matthew Ethridge, Bro. Kerry Dickerson. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers please make donation toward funeral expenses by contacting the funeral home.
