DECEASED: Mrs. Peggy Sue (Head) Ballard age 66 of Celina passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Peggy Sue (Head) Ballard was born in Moss, Clay Co., TN on March 10, 1955 to the late Clayton and Christine (Abney) Head. She is a former Clay County Circuit Court Clerk. Mrs. Peggy Sue (Head) Ballard was a member of the New Hope Church of Christ.

SURVIVORS: Husband: Reggie Ballard; 1 Daughter: Hope Presley and husband Kevin; 1 Son: Cody Ballard; 2 Granddaughters: Ava Ballard, Eila Presley; 3 Brothers: Ron Head, Harold Head, Steve Head; 1 Sister: Patsy Strong; Mother-in Law: Reba Ballard. A host of family and friends also survive.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Peggy Sue (Head) Ballard will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 1 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with burial to follow in Memorial Lawn in Tompkinsville, KY. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 11 AM to 8 PM , Friday morning starting at 8 AM prior to service time. Officiating will be Bro. Kenny Westmoreland.
