Deceased: Mr. Johnny Poindexter age 57 of Celina, Clay Co., TN passed from this life at his residence Tuesday, October 15, 2019.

Personal Info: Mr. Johnny Poindexter was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on August 22, 1962 to the late Dewey and Lovie (Hammons) Poindexter.Johnny done trade work and hung drywall. He loved his family very much and he will be greatly missed.

SURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Raven Brown Willis of Celina, TN and Chelsea Craig of Kentucky; 2 Sons: Matthew Poindexter and Johnathan Poindexter both of Celina, TN; 4 Grandchildren: Christopher Poindexter, DeeOnna Norris, Kendal Willis, Madelyn Willis; 1 Sister: Debbie Grogan and James Clark; 1 Brother in-law: Michael spears; Special close friends Chuckie and Tiffany Anderson and Grady Pace; A host of nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive.

Preceded in death by: In addition to his parents Dewey and Lovie (Hammons) Poindexter; 1 Son: Christopher Poindexter; 2 Sisters: Suzann (Poindexter) Kolinski and Anita (Poindexter) Spears.

Services / Burial: A Graveside service for Mr. Johnny Poindexter will be held Saturday, October 19, 2019 at the Ashlock Cemetery behind the Ashlock Church of Christ in Cumberland Co., KY at 10 AM, family will receive friends at the cemetery for services. Officiating the service will be Bro. David Threet. Family has requested that in lieu of flowers please make donations toward funeral expenses by contacting the funeral home.
