Mr. Phillip "Pulley" Page, age 82, of the Free Hill Community of Clay County, TN passed away at Signature Healthcare in Algood, TN on Monday, July 25, 2016.

Phillip Richard Page was born in the Free Hill Community on January 28, 1934 to the late Cleve Carl Halsell & Hazel Page. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, who raised him: Joseph Oscar and Zula (Bailey) Page. He was employed by the State of Tennessee for 30 years and a school bus driver for for several years. He was married to the late Miltra Hayes Andrews on August 6, 1966 in Celina, TN. She preceded him in death on July 09, 1978.

Pulley is survived by son: Bobby R. "Stokes" Andrews, daughters: Priscilla "Lulu" Page, Josephine "Josie" (Danny) Williams, and Lisa "Peaches" Page, brother: James Halsell, sister: Jo Watkins and Rose Mary Barrnett, Grandchildren: Phillip Page, Lanessa Page, Ashley Page, Wyneshia Spears and Macey Andrews, Great-Grandchildren: Jermery, Kyeshia, and Kyla Smith, & Naudia Page and those like his own: Amy, Tim, and Ricky Shirley.

Funeral Services for Pulley will be conducted Friday, July 29th at 12 Noon from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with Bro. Neil Pipkin officiating. The interment will follow in the Free Hill Cemetery. The visitation with the family will begin on Thursday, July 28th from 6 pm until 9 pm and on Friday, July 29th from 8 am until service time at 12 pm Noon.

Anthony Walthall-Hamilton, Bobby Williams, Charles Williams, Carl Philpott, Jr., Kyle Whitlow, C.j. Williams, William Spears, and Bradd Bailey served as pallbearers.
