DECEASED: Ms. Patsy Jean Clark passed away on Thursday morning, November 8, 2018 at Livingston Regional Hospital.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Ms. Patsy Jean Clark was born in Tuscola, IL on June 5, 1956 to the late Don Issacc Skinner and Margret Marie Steele Skinner.

SURVIVORS: 1 Son: Jason Proffitt and wife McKayla, 4 Grandsons: Jamison, Jared, Dillion & Devon Proffitt, all of Celina, TN; 2 Sisters: Donna Marie Skinner & Elizabeth Thornburgh; 2 Brothers: Don Bailey Skinner & John Issacc Skinner, all of Illinois. A host of family and friends also survive.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH BY: Husband, Marvin Proffitt; Mother: Margret Marie Skinner and Father: Don Issacc Skinner.

SERVICES/BURIAL: A gathering of friends is to be held from 12:00 Noon until 8: 00 PM Sunday, November 11, 2018 at the Hall Funeral Home of Celina. Family and friends are welcome to come by the funeral home and share stories and remembrances about Patsy. Cremation is to follow.

In Lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Hall Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
