Charles Noble Williams age 77, of Louisville, Jefferson Co., Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, November 01, 2022 at Norton's Hospital. He is survived by 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 4 brothers, 4 sisters, 1 uncle, 3 aunts, and a host of nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends The funeral service will be held in Celina, Clay Co., TN on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 1 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with burial to follow in the Page Cemetery in the Free Hill Community of Clay Co. Family will welcome friends on Saturday, November 12th starting at 11 AM at the funeral home. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Lamar Davis, Sr.
