Obituary

Ms. Lillian Smith, age 73, of the Pea Ridge Community of Clay County, TN passed away at her residence on Monday, December 5th, 2016.

Lillian Honeycutt was born in Scott Co., TN on Monday, April 5th, 1943 to the late William Harrison & Othola (Jeffers) Honeycutt. She was married to the late Willie Henry "Bill" Smith, whom preceded her in death on March 30th, 2005. She was also preceded in death by brothers: Donald, Roger, Harrison, and Ira Honeycutt, and son: Robert Dale Smith. She was retired from many years at Crotty Corporation in Celina, TN, enjoyed canning, going to yard sales, and attended services at the Rock Springs Church of Christ where she was a member.

Lillian is survived by daughters and sons-in-law: Diana (Rick) Griffith of Vine Grove, KY, Teresa (Kevin) McBride of Linton, IN, and Kathy F. Davis of Blanchester, OH, sons: William Carl "Butch" and James Henry "Bo" Smith of Celina, TN, 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members also survive.

Funeral Services for Ms. Lillian Smith will be conducted on Friday, December 9th, 2016 at 11 AM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with Bro. Rick Griffith officiating. The family requests that visitation begin on Thursday from 6 pm until 8 pm and on Friday from 8 am until the service at 11 am at the funeral home.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made toward the Ashlock Cemetery Fund.
