Mrs. Mandy Lee Norris Carmack age 35 of Allardt TN and formally of Celina passed away at her residence on Sunday, September 22, 2019.

Mrs. Mandy Lee Norris Carmack was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on April 6, 1984 to Theresa ( Arrington ) Vincent and Donald Vincent. Mandy worked in the medical field as a nurse. Mandy will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mandy Lee Norris Carmack will be held on Friday, September 27, 2019 at 11 AM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with burial to follow in the Vincent Cemetery in Burkesville, Cumberland Co., KY. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, September 26 ^th starting at 11 AM until 9 PM.
