Mr. Larry Wayne Scott, age 61, of Celina passed away on Friday Morning, November 27, 2015 at the Livingston Regional Hospital.

Larry Wayne Scott was born in Celina, TN on November 01, 1954 to his late parents: Jesse Cornell "Coge" Poindexter and Zula Alberta (Scott) Davis. He was preceded in death by son: Steven Wayne Scott, brother(s): Randy Keith Welch and Allen G. Poindexter, sister: Patricia Ann Davis. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents who raised him like their own: John William and Dovie Dee (Arms) Scott. He was retired as a machinist.

He is survived by wife: Donna Scott of Celina, TN, Step-Daughters: Christina (Frank) Maxfield of Indianapolis, IN and Michelle (Robert) Moreno of Austin, TX, brothers: Roy and Rose Welch of Celina, TN, Lanny Poindexter of CA, Jessie Poindexter of Nashville, IN, Terry Poindexter of Morgantown, IN, Sisters: Tonya Poindexter and Tammy Arthur both of Indianapolis, IN.

Funeral Services for Larry Scott will be held on Monday, November 30th at 11 AM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with Bro. David Threet officiating. The interment will follow in the Ray Williams Cemetery on Fire Tower Road. The visitation will be held at Hall Funeral Home on Sunday, November 29th from 4 PM until 8 PM and Monday, November 30th from 9 AM until service time at 11 AM.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to assist with the funeral expenses by contacting the office of Hall Funeral Home.
