She was born on June 14, 1937 in Chicago, IL to her late parents: Elmer and Florence Shaddon. She passed away at her residence on Saturday, June 13, 2015.
Survived by son: Jerald Zezulka and daughter-in-law Elizabeth Zezulka of Grand Rapids, Michigan; 2 granddaughters: Sara and Erin Zezulka also of Grand Rapids, MI; 2 sisters: Margret Votroubek and Jean Kromray. June is also survived by her Many Wonderful Friends in Celina, TN.
She was preceded in death by her Late Husband: Woody Underwood; son: Kenneth Zezulka ; and daughter: Linda Zezulka Key. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home. The family has chosen cremation.
