DECEASED:   Mrs. Joyce L. Mills age 81 of Celina, Clay Co., TN passed away at her residence on Saturday, June 10, 2023.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:  Mrs. Joyce Mills was born in T'ville, KY on May 2, 1942 to the late Venice Buck Harper and Ethel Mae Vibbert. She was dearly loved by family and friends, and she will be greatly missed.

SURVIVORS:  Daughter: Tina Mills; Son: David Mills; Boyfriend: Robert McCormick; Sister Juanita Harper Bumpus; Granddaughters: Tori Pickerell and Tekila Pickerell; Grandsons: Alex Chapuah, Conner Mills, Malachi Mills, Anthony Hays, and Andrew Hays; A host of other family and friends also survive.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH:  Father: Venice Buck Harper; Mother: Ethel Mae Vibbert; Daughter: Pamela Mills; Granddaughter: Fala Mills; Sisters: June Defene Harper Henson and Brenda Harper Lambert; Brother: Randall Harper, Ramond Harper, and Lonnie Harper.

PALLBEARERS: Robert McCormick, Cody Bumpus, Andrew Hayes, Blake Hogan, Brian "Slick" Duggan, and Benny Wallace.

SERVICES/BURIAL:  Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Joyce L. Mills on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 2 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with burial to follow in the Turkeytown Cemetery in Celina, TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 10 AM until 8 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Roger Gilbert.
