James "Jimmy" Ray Rich, 57, of Indianapolis, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.  He was born on December 11, 1962 in Beech Grove to George Ray and Betty Rose (West) Rich; his father preceded him in death.

Jimmy graduated from George Washington High School, class of 1982.  He was employed at Walmart for the past 24 years and was a loving husband, wonderful father and great son.  Jimmy loved music, especially from the 70's and 80's and liked to fish.  Jimmy, Tonia and their kids were members of Garfield Heights Church of Christ.

Survivors include his loving wife 17 years, Tonia (Belcher) Rich; mother, Betty R. Rich; children, Mary Elizabeth Daniels, Jolie Ann Daniels, George Russell Rich, William Louis Rich and Jamie Ray Rich; sisters, Tammy Qualls (Robert) and Carolyn Wicks; two nieces and three nephews.

Family and friends will gather on Sunday, November 29, 2020 from 1 to 4 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 S. Meridian St., with a service following at 4 p.m. with Pastor Thomas Qualls officiating.  Burial will be in the Doc Hall Cemetery in Celina, Tennessee on Wednesday December 2, 2020 at 1PM.
